For 2021, youth and adult registration forms are now online. Along with the online registration, the forms below need to be completed and returned to your Units Registrar to complete your registration. If hard copies of the forms are needed, please check with your Units registrar.

The following files along with the online form make up a Wolf, Bear, Webelos or Arrow of Light Scout day camp registration Packet. Download each file to your PC and print them out. Fill each one out and return to your Packs Registrar.
